5th International Summer School on Nontarget Metabolomics for Natural Products & Microbiome Research

June 15-19th, 2026 at the University of Denver, Denver, CO

This summer school aims to introduce state-of-the-art non-targeted mass spectrometry-based metabolomics applications in natural product and microbiome research. The course will briefly introduce analytical hardware, acquisition strategies, and sample preparation. The main focus will be on working with state-of-the-art metabolomics data mining tools for (pre-)processing (mzmine), deconvultion and metabolite annotation (GNPS2, Sirius+CSI:FingerID), and statistical analysis.
