Through innovative mass spectrometry and genome mining techniques, we aim to uncover the molecular mechanisms behind metal uptake and competition in the human microbiome and environmental systems, with the long-term goals of improving metal extraction and advancing microbiome-based therapeutic strategies.We take pride in fostering a collaborative and inclusive research environment, where creativity and scientific curiosity thrive.
